Really good images of flowers are hard to create… the flowers themselves are so beautiful that they are an especially tempting target for novice photographers. Some stock photography sites won’t even accept pictures of them.
I’ve got a lots and lots of my own flower photos from the time I started
getting serious about photography again… so I really endeavor to make any new flower photos I take to be something unique and worthwhile.
I think this image qualifies. I hope you enjoy it.

Beautiful.
We spent yesterday up at the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, where I officially overdosed on flowers and taking pictures of them.
